Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the domestic market, actively acquire new customers, and maintain existing ones.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop overseas markets, identify and cultivate international customers and secure orders, and promote and sell the company’s products abroad.

2. Responsible for responding to company‑assigned inquiries and proactively cultivating new customers, ensuring effective follow‑up and ongoing client relationship management, and continuously improving the sales conversion rate.

3. Responsible for welcoming and communicating with international clients, conducting business negotiations, and providing translation services, as well as accurately quoting sales prices in foreign currencies.

4. Responsible for managing and tracking all internal processes related to foreign trade orders, including planning, production, packaging, and shipping, as well as preparing and processing the necessary documentation. Monitors production progress and product quality, maintains effective communication with customers and manufacturers, promptly and accurately conveys relevant information, and takes timely corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of goods.

5. Responsible for conducting market research, collecting and organizing information on the market, customers, suppliers, and partners. Ensure high-quality after-sales service by providing customers with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory, and attentive support.

6. Responsible for mitigating potential risks in international trade and ensuring the secure collection of foreign exchange.

7. Pay close attention to gathering market intelligence and user feedback, and provide input to the company on market development, product quality, new product launches, and other related areas.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily inspection of products and for applying status labels to inspected items.

2. Perform inspection duties and complete the corresponding record forms;

3. Track the handling process for issues identified during inspection;

4. Compile and statistically analyze the monthly inspection data.

Job Requirements:

1. Age 25–35; associate’s degree or higher; a background in superhard materials is preferred.

2. Be able to make a preliminary determination of the root cause for issues identified during factory inspection;

3. Possesses strong communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of the Production Department, assume overall responsibility for all workshop operations, including production, quality, technology, equipment, and safety; strive to enhance management standards and improve production efficiency; and ensure the full and timely completion of all targets and tasks assigned by superiors, while maintaining consistent quality and quantity.

2. In accordance with the production schedule issued by the Production Department, organize workshop operations, coordinate all production processes, monitor production progress, and ensure balanced production and the timely completion of assigned tasks.

3. Strictly enforce safety and civilized production management; educate workers to observe labor and process discipline and adhere to operating procedures, and to perform operations meticulously in accordance with drawings, processes, and standards.

4. Support quality inspection activities, promptly organize analyses to address equipment, technical, and quality issues as they arise, and report such issues without delay.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher; majors in superhard materials, abrasives, or related fields; candidates with experience in production process management are preferred.

2. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to one’s work.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organizing and implementing the company’s quality policy and objectives in product technology applications, and rigorously enforcing all process regulations.

2. Responsible for supervising the implementation of process procedures and adherence to process discipline;

3. Responsible for preparing and following up on product reports, product drawings, process documentation, and other technical materials.

4. Responsible for providing technical support during production and improving manufacturing processes; 5. Possesses strong execution skills and excellent communication and coordination abilities.

1. Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as superhard materials and products, abrasives, or grinding tools; candidates with research experience and production process management expertise will be given priority.
